专利说明:
The present invention relates to a movement for a timepiece comprising a tourbillon. The progress of a spiral balance watch differs according to the vertical position in which it is observed. The essential cause comes from the imbalance of the balance and that of the spiral. To cancel these differences, it would be necessary for the center of gravity of the balance spring system to be at the center of rotation and to remain there during oscillations. The goal is not to remove these differences, but to compensate for them. To achieve this, Abraham-Louis Breguet had the idea to make the exhaust-pendulum take all the positions, by imposing a rotation which, generally, is one turn per minute. Breguet has also patented the invention of the tourbillon in 1801. With this mechanism, we obtain a mixing of vertical positions, which ultimately results in an average step. A more recent embodiment of Richard Daners described in particular in the journal Chronometrophilia No. 46 (summer 1999) and No. 48 (summer 2000) discloses a timepiece movement comprising a frame defining a reference plane, a cogwheel finisher, a fixed wheel, a vortex provided with a cage rotating about an axis and on which are mounted pivoting a balance-spring and an escapement mobile formed of a wheel and a pinion, where the balance -spiral and exhaust movable pivot respectively about two axes parallel to each other and which are angled relative to the pivot axis of the cage. Moreover, this same concept has been taken up by EP 1 564 608 B1. The present invention aims to propose to optimize the inertia of the tourbillon cage. The invention relates to a timepiece movement of the type comprising a frame defining a reference plane, a work train, a fixed wheel, a vortex provided with a cage rotating about a first axis and on which are pivotally mounted a sprung balance and an escape wheel formed of a wheel and a pinion, wherein the sprung balance and the movable respectively pivot about two axes and parallel to each other and which are in bias relative to the first pivot axis of the cage. According to the invention, to optimize the inertia of the tourbillon cage, the timepiece movement comprises a wheel, parallel to the reference plane, carrying the cage disposed in the center of said wheel, the cage being provided. two arms fixed to the wheel at first and second diametrically opposed attachment points, said arms carrying an upper member attached to each arm at a third and a fourth attachment point for carrying the escapement between the upper member and a exhaust bridge disposed on the wheel at a fifth point of attachment. The timepiece movement preferably comprises a balance bridge, fixed in a sixth attachment point diametrically opposite the fifth attachment point, the balance bridge, extending towards the center of the wheel, arranged to carry, at its free end, the sprung balance according to an axis at an angle to the first axis of pivoting of the cage. Moreover, preferably, another axis connecting the first and second attachment points is perpendicular to an axis connecting a fifth attachment point diametrically opposite the sixth attachment point. Such modularity of the wheel, the cage, the balance bridge, the exhaust bridge and the upper element, facilitates assembly and especially offers better inertia to the tourbillon mechanism. In a preferred embodiment, the wheel meshes with a finishing gear parallel to the wheel. In one embodiment, the balance of the sprung balance is a variable moment inertia beam comprising a wheel-shaped part comprising a serge, continuous or discontinuous, connecting elements between the serge and the axis of the balance and an arrangement of screws nuts or flyweights fixed on the balance rod which allow, by adjusting their positions, to change the unbalance and the moment of inertia of the balance. In one embodiment, the cage is pivotally mounted on a frame and a fixed seconds wheel, provided with a toothing having flanks, mounted rigidly on the frame. The toothing is arranged to cooperate with a pinion to drive an escapement mobile carried by the exhaust bridge fixed on the wheel when the cage rotates. In another embodiment, the cage comprises two pins parallel to the axis at an angle, the pins limiting the angular displacement of an anchor arranged on the cage. The characteristics of the invention will appear more clearly on reading the description of an embodiment given solely by way of example, in no way limiting with reference to the schematic figures, in which:<tb> Fig. 1 <SEP> represents a partial perspective view of a tourbillon mechanism comprising elements supporting the vortex, in particular a lower cage, escapement and rocker bridges and a frame carrying a central wheel of the seconds ;<tb> fig. 2 <SEP> represents a side view of the mechanism of FIG. 1 which is integrated an escapement and a sprung balance;<tb> fig. 3 <SEP> represents a perspective front view of FIG. 1;<tb> fig. 4 <SEP> represents a perspective rear view of FIG. 1;<tb> fig. <SEP> is a top view of FIG. 1; and<tb> fig. 6 <SEP> represents an exploded view of FIG. 1. As illustrated in FIG. 2, a timepiece movement comprises a frame B defining a reference plane P, a finishing gear 11, a fixed wheel 13, a vortex 14 provided with a cage 2 rotating about a first axis X-X and on which are pivotally mounted a balance sprocket 15 and an escapement wheel 16 formed of a wheel 16A and a pinion 16B, where the sprung balance 15 and the escapement wheel 16 respectively pivot about two axes Y-Y and Z-Z parallel to each other and which are at an angle with respect to the first pivot axis X-X of the cage. As illustrated in FIG. 2, the wheel 1, parallel to the reference plane P, carries the cage 2 arranged in the center of said wheel 1. The cage 2 is provided with two arms 3A, 3B fixed to the wheel 1 at a first and a second fixing point 4A, 4B diametrically opposed. The arms 3A, 3B carry an upper element 5 fixed on each arm 3A, 3B in a third and a fourth fixing point 6A, 6B for carrying the escapement 16 between the upper element 5 and an exhaust bridge 7 disposed on the wheel 1 at a fifth attachment point 8. As can be seen in FIGS. 3 and 5, the two arms 3A, 3B of the cage 2 fixed on the wheel 1 represent a form of M. However, FIG. 4 shows that the arms 3A and 3B are not at the same height. A balance bridge 9 is fixed at a sixth attachment point 10 diametrically opposite the fifth attachment point 8, the balance bridge 9 extending towards the center of the wheel 1 arranged to carry, at its free end 12, the sprung balance 15 along the Y-Y axis (FIG 2). As illustrated in FIG. 5, a W-W axis connecting the first and second attachment points 4A, 4B is perpendicular to a V-V axis connecting a fifth attachment point 8 diametrically opposite the sixth attachment point 10. In the example illustrated in FIG. 2, the wheel 1 meshes with a finishing gear 11 parallel to the wheel 1. In this example, the balance of the sprung balance 15 is preferably a pendulum with variable moment of inertia. The cage 2 is pivotally mounted on a frame B and a fixed seconds wheel 13, provided with a toothing having flanks, mounted rigidly on the frame B, is arranged to cooperate with a pinion to drive a mobile exhaust carried by the exhaust bridge 7 fixed on the wheel 1 when the cage 2 rotates. The cage 2 comprises two pins 17 (FIG 1) parallel to the Y-axis, the pins 17 limiting the angular displacement of an anchor 18 (FIG 2) arranged on the cage 2. As illustrated in FIG. 5, the axis W-W axis connecting the first and second attachment points 4A, 4B and the U-U axis connecting the third and fourth attachment points 6A, 6B are parallel. FIG. 6 illustrates the modularity of this vortex mechanism in which in particular the lower cage 2, exhaust bridges 7 and balance 9, the wheel 1 and a frame B carrying a central wheel 13 seconds can be assembled more easily.
